Liz is working on a modern and cost effective solution for the growing homeless population in need of adequate housing. Canvas houses are dignified micro-homes that can act as transitional, long-term housing for the displaced. It is a single room occupancy dwelling for residents in need made of fabric structures that adhere to all state and local building requirements.

The goal is for these structures to be administered by metropolitan areas and serve as transitional housing for the houseless. It's been proven that housing people first and then working on rehab and employment is far more successful in keeping people permanently off the streets.

These housing kits can find a home almost anywhere and can adapt to almost any type of environment, making it a viable solution for those in need of minimalist housing.
